SPEAKER_01We're going to talk about what He did on his way to the cross. I want to talk about what He did on the way to the cross. Glory to God, because we know what He finished on the cross. But we need to know some of the things that He said and He did on His way to the cross. It's not just the cross that is important. It's His whole life. It's His whole life. It's the whole life. Because He is our example. He is our example. And He, when He came, He said, This is how you're supposed to walk. He showed us how to walk this walk. You know, and sometimes we get when we get to look at the life, me, I can speak for me. When I begin to look at the life of Christ and Jesus and how He walks, sometimes I feel a little less there. You know, I feel a little less there. Because of all that He went through. Oh, glory to God. Because of all that He went through. And then when we do, when I go through what I go through, I just be whining, I be done, He just be trusting God. He never wavered. He never wavered in the things that God had told him even before. And sometimes we do. So I'm just here to remind you, and now and most of the majority of what I am going to be talking about today is coming out of the book of John. In the book of John, and I've been through John, the Lord has sent me to John so many times. Most of the teachings are from Jesus. And in my Bible, they're in red. And for me, and every time he sends me back to John, it's like I'm actually sitting at the table with Jesus and being taught. Because I asked God certain things. He said, Go back to John. So that I have to go to John and sit down on the table under the table and be taught by Jesus and the things that he said. So when he came, he said, I came because I have to tell you some things. He wanted to tell us some things on his way to the cross. Glory to God. He knew where he was going to end up at, but he had to tell us some things on the way to the cross. So in John 3, 5 through 7, he said, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of flesh is flesh, that which is born of the spirit is spark is spirit. Marvel not that I say these things unto thee. You must be born again. We must be born again. If we don't accept the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as our Savior, we're not going in. They got a lot of things out there, they got a lot of things out there, they're saying a lot of things, and a lot of people are believing it, but the word of God says, except you be born again, you cannot enter into the kingdom. And you can't get in by your good works. You know what I'm saying? I'm a good person. And you hear a lot of people say, I go to church. You would come and sit in church all you want. But if you ain't accepted the Lord and Jesus Christ as your Savior, you're not going into the kingdom of God. And that's what the word of God said. And Jesus, He came to tell us that. That's the only way that you're going to get into the kingdom. Glory to God. He and because He wants us to be aware. He knew that we are coming to a time when there'll be a bunch of false doctrines and people saying all manner of things. You know what I'm saying? So when people start saying things, you know what I'm saying, that are not according to the Word of God, we need to go back to the Word of God and check that out and see what they're saying. A lot of times why people get into so much trouble is because they believe everything somebody says. They believe everything because I'm up here speaking. They're going to believe what I say instead of that very scripture that I gave you. Go back and read it for yourself. He said, You study to show yourself approved. That's what the word of God says. He don't want us to trust, he wanted to trust the people. We know we can trust the people, but sometimes sometimes people say things that are not just not according to the scripture. And because we got the Holy Ghost, I don't know about everybody else, but I know. When somebody says something that ain't according to the scripture, my little spirit just gets all tore up. And then I'll be in the Bible. I'm going to miss everything else that's going on in the service. If he misquotes one of these scriptures, I know it by the Holy Ghost, and I'm going to start looking right where he says he is. And where what he said. And if I can't find it, I'm going to keep searching until I find it. And by then church might be over, and I still don't get it. You know what I'm saying? And I'm like, I didn't get that, Father. I just never found that in there. And then the Holy Ghost will say, because it ain't. He said, because it ain't. So we got to be able to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying. And then He also tells us, He said, This is a good one right here, y'all. He says, He comes to tell you the truth. Because there's the truth of God's word, and there's the truth of the world. And the world, and because we live in the world, a lot of times when we came up in the world, we believe a lot of things the world says. Until God comes into our life, and then he starts changing things. He starts changing our truths. And we have to allow him to change our truths. Right now, I got every belief, every mindset before God that's not like him. I want the truth. According to the word of God. You know, because I know and we have to recognize that because we came up in the world that we came up in, sometimes, and you know, we was out, and especially me, and I was out in the world because I can't talk about nobody but me. Now, some people just did little stuff in the world. I had a good time in the world. I tried a whole bunch of stuff. But you know what? As they were y'all were talking this morning, God was with me all the time. He was with me every step of the way. You know, God covered me. Glory God, just like He covered you. You know what I'm saying? He covered us when we was in our city. He covered us. So we don't have to be, I don't be ashamed. I just tell people now, I'm not gonna tell y'all my whole testimony. And I'll give you, may give it to you a little bit at a time. Because if I did, you might say she ain't qualified. Because sometimes I think I'm not qualified, but I didn't I didn't qualify me, God did. Oh, glory to God, and I take his word for it. Glory to God, I take his word for it that I'm qualified. Because when I look at me, even I know, even I think that I'm not qualified, but that's not what God says. Oh, glory to God. That's not what He's saying. Oh, glory to God. That's not, and we have to trust what God says. We have to trust what God says, even especially about ourselves, especially about ourselves, because he knows the struggle. The struggle with this flesh is real. So if we don't believe what God said, we're gonna lose. We're gonna lose. Because sometimes I be like, Well, Father, I don't want to do that. I don't I just talk to him, you know, because he's my friend. I got that in the scriptures too. He's my friend. Glory to God. So I I can talk to him. Some people, you know, I I reverence God, but he is the best thing that's ever happened to me. He is my friend. Glory to God. So when I have issues and I have problems, I can't tell God that I tell God everything. Everything. He already knows it anyway. He already knows. So I can bring it before him. And I trust that God is gonna clean it up in me. It's a thing in me. I'm on the altar. Glory to God. I'm on God's altar. How you're gonna remote? I'm on his altar because I feel so inefficient sometimes. Glory to God. So I have to stay on the altar so God can continue to build me up. Oh, glory to God. Oh glory to God. Because when I hurt God, when I disobey God, that hurts me. Because I really do love him. I told God, I said this morning I was telling God, I said, I do love you. Even when I mess up, I love you. Who glory to God? I love you, and I wouldn't take nothing for him. Glory to God. And the enemy wants me to look at me. I don't know why I'm over here, but anyway, I'm gonna go with it. And what have me to look at me? And God told me one day, sitting at that, when did you take your ass off of me and start looking at you? Where I see everything that I do wrong, and then I hold it against me. God said, When did I tell you to start doing that? When did I say that? That's not truth. He said, I justified you, he said I glorified you. He said I covered you with the blood of Jesus. Glory to God, because he loved me, he loved me out of sin. He loved me out of sin. Glory to your name, because I was in the deep, but he loved me out of sin. Glory to your name, Jesus. Let me get back over here to these notes. Oh, glory to God. That's why I love him. That's why I'm looking. Can't nobody tell my story, but like I can tell my story. Oh, glory to God, and what God done for me. And so if he did it for me because he's not a respected person, he'll do it for you too. He'll do it for you too. Glory to your name, Jesus. I love him. You know why? Because he loved me. And y'all hear me say all the time, he loves some Janet. I don't care what nobody else got to say about it. I know he loves some Janet. Glory to your name, Jesus. And I thank him for it. I thank him for it. So all these ends, you know, we have them. Feeling insignificant, feeling this way, and then you know what God told me? Then that's all emotions. I don't deal there. I don't deal there. Glory to God. Because they change. We can't be rolling around in our emotions. And I'm I think I'm about the most emotional person that I ever see. And sometimes I get on my own nerves. But one thing about it now, one thing about it, I can go tell my dad, glory to God. I go right in there, get it by table with my Bible, and sometimes I like to push back so I can see out. So I can see his creation. Look at that, look at all of that. And I start talking to God. Glory to God. And he starts working. And he's still working on me, y'all. He's still working. He done every time God says Janet this and he showed me something, I'll be like, I can't do that. And so you can start backtracking. I start backtracking. You know what I'm saying? Ain't gonna change what God said. It's not gonna change what God said. And I thank God for it. Glory God. And then he came to tell us the truth. And John 8 31, he says, Then Jesus said unto those Jews who believed on him, if you continue in my word, then ye are my disciples indeed. And you should know the truth, and the truth should make you free. Glory to God. And then John in John 14 and 6 he says, I am the way, the truth and the light. No man cometh unto the Father but by me. And we all know what they're saying. That they got we got some other avenues where we can get to God. We got some people saying hell that they don't believe in Jesus. You know what I'm saying? They got they got all kinds of stuff out there. But hear me. This word says, and I just read it to you, I am the way, the truth, and no other way you're gonna get to God but through Jesus. You can try it if you want to, and a whole lot of them out there trying. And when they talk to me, I'll talk to them. But if they insist that this is the way it is, I say we'll know in the end. We'll know in the end, and then it's a done conversation. You know what I'm saying? If that's what you choose to believe outside of the word of God, we'll know in the end. Everything is gonna show up in the end. So I'm I'm not gonna argue with you, I'm not gonna try to convince you of the truth of God's word. You know what I'm saying? We'll know in the end, we'll know in the end, and then when we get to the end, guess what, y'all? It's too late. Ain't no do-overs, ain't no do-overs, it's a done deal. You either go in one place or the other, and you can't miss them both, as pastor says. You can't miss them both. You gonna go one or you gonna go to the other, and that ain't nothing but the truth. That's a truthful to the word that the to the uh to the word of God, because that's all we know. That's all we know. I talk to people sometimes, they be talking about my sister. Told me, all you're gonna tell me is the word of God. Well, what else she wants me to tell you? Because that's the truth, that's the truth, anyhow. And I was just telling her, because she was doing some stuff, I say it, and they say, you know, they say we say, and we know if they say, and what people say they say, and they'd be doing. Let me tell y'all something. The longer you walk with God, it's some stuff you don't want to do. God don't have to take it from you, you don't want to do it because you love him, because you love him, you don't want to do it. And some things that you need deliverance from, he'll do that too. But some things you don't when you fall in love with Jesus, you just don't want to do no stuff no more. You just don't want to do anything. Why? Because you don't want to hurt him, because you love him. You don't hurt some, you don't hurt people you love. That's even in the natural. Why can't it be in the spirit? That you don't want to hurt God because you love him, so you stop doing stuff, and everything that you stop doing, God will give you something in his place that's better, that's better. He won't leave you, he don't leave you. He be waiting, and that's what I told my sister. She said, Well, you just always want to cross this girl. I said, I love the Lord, sure I mess up, but he said, Be quick to repent. You know what I'm saying? I said, but I've been walking with him for so long that some stuff I just don't do. I just don't want to do. Because I love him, and because I know that it hurt him, and because I know that it's being disobedient to the word of God, so I just don't do it. That's all I'm saying. You know what I'm saying? We're grown now. I'm grown, I'm grown, but I'm still grown, but I'm grown now. When I was a baby, I was I was rocking, I was back and forth. But you know what you need to do? Just keep on coming, keep on listening to the word of the Lord, and the and then that word will start to grow you up, you know, and you'll start looking. You know what I'm saying? When I look at my Bible, the Holy Ghost and I start reading sometime, and the Holy Ghost has shown me something, and the first thing I do is take that word and look at me. Look at me, you know what I'm saying? Everybody, God's telling everybody everything about everybody, but God ain't telling you nothing about you. Something wrong with that picture, something wrong with that. You know what I'm saying? Because the first time, and whenever I something happens in my life, even if I didn't cause it, Father, what part did I play? What part did I play that this person would do this to me, or this person would say this to me? What is my part? But sometimes we don't have a part, and sometimes we do. You know what I'm saying? But you have to examine, you know what I'm saying? It ain't all well, it's just a blue dress, and and it's a no. And if you have a stuff that's continuous, always going on in your life, then and and you're the least common denominator. So you know you need to look at you, you know you need to look at you. You need to get this word. I'm telling you, this word, this word, you can start reading this word, that word is like a mirror, and it be pointing back at you. It's a mirror, you know what I'm saying? And then if the word can't never find you, it ain't never you, it ain't never you when the word can't find you and pastors preaching, when and if somebody's speaking, and what they're speaking cannot find you something wrong. We're not up here speaking just to be speaking, these are God breathe words, and when God breathes on them, they are for somebody, they're for somebody, but they but mine's always gonna be for me first. Because I thought I was never gonna get through with this, and I probably won't get through with it, but anyway, when I was studying this out in the book of John, all this read, I was like, Oh Jesus, I was sitting in there, and then when I start studying, I just start preaching to myself, I just start preaching to myself, you know what I'm saying? Because I know, I know, because you know you and God knows you, so He you know what you need. You can't be saying that ain't me. Well, Pastor, somebody start peeping, then we gotta be out. I got I done got a lick, I done got a wet, you know what I'm saying? That means I mean to pay attention to what they just say, and then adjust make some adjustments in in our lives. That's how we grow. When people when people speaking with the word of God, that's how we grow. That's how we grow. We just can't we just can't toss it aside, you know, like it and nothing. It's it's it's like he said it's life. The word of God is life. We wouldn't be living. I wouldn't be living if I didn't have this word. I wouldn't be living, y'all. I'm telling you, I wouldn't be living. Glory to God. And sometimes when I talk about living, I'm not talking about in the natural, I'm talking about in the spirit, I'm talking about in the spirit, spiritually they took the communion this morning. We talked about the blood of Jesus. Glory to God. If it had not been for have you ever thought about it? If it had not been for Jesus, glory to God, and the way he came, he said that the word says he came in sinful flesh. That says a lot. That was God that loved us so much that He He came in sinful flesh, and you know what the scriptures say ain't no good thing in the flesh, ain't no good thing, and he came in the flesh just to show us how to walk in, how to walk and survive in this flesh that every day that's trying to get us to do stuff that we ain't got no business to do. We ain't got no business doing. And see, what most people forget that when Jesus came, he was a man in the flesh. They were like, well, he's God's son, he's his son, he was a man. He was a man. So he he had temptations, he had trials, he had tribulation, everything that we face in life, Jesus had to go through the same thing. You know what I'm saying? People just don't talk about that. You know what I'm saying? They talk about they talk about uh the cross, the finish work. But the word of God, when he was when he taught in John, he was telling us some things that we needed to know. He even said in uh John uh 23 and 24, he said how to worship, he said the hour is come, and now is when the true worshipper shall worship the father in spirit and in truth. For the Lord seeketh such to worship him. 24 says, God is a spirit. Ain't no ain't no ain't no maybes about that. He said he said he is, you know what I'm saying? A spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. That means we can't go in, we can't go in before God in no in this flesh. We're gonna have to meet God in spirit, we're gonna have to humble ourselves. We just can't worry. Some people do, you know what I'm saying? Because nowadays people have lost their reverence for God. Some of the stuff people do, I'll be looking at them, y'all good. I never would try God like that. You know what I'm saying? I know He's still God, I know He's still sovereign. You know what I'm saying? But most of them like, well, He ain't done nothing. I did this and He didn't do nothing. I tell him, wait till the end. Because he said you're gonna give an account. I tell him, just wait till the end. You know what I'm saying? And sometimes they do, but they don't never see it as God. Because when we do, there's consequences behind our actions. And a lot of times we'll blame them consequences on God when it's something that we did. You know what I'm saying? It wasn't God. That's why I tell my sister told me one time, one of my sisters told me that a man had a wreck. He was in a wreck. And God calls the wreck for him to die. And I'm telling you, you know, when people say stuff like that about God, just get just get righteous indignation. I was looking at it, I said, God ain't killing nobody. What he gonna teach me by killing me? You know what I'm saying? I said, we have to understand that we're human. And so we have our own will. And if it's something that you want to do, God is saying, go this way. But you want to do what you want to do, God gonna let you. He's gonna let you, He gonna make you do nothing. He's not gonna make it, and people don't understand that about God, so they can easily start blaming stuff on God. You know what I'm saying? Oh, God did this and God and all and all that ain't God. I said they don't even look like God. And I tell them, I tell them sometimes that is not a characteristic of God. I say He's a God of love. You ain't never known God to kill nobody. You love somebody, you ain't trying to kill them. You know what I'm saying? I said, and then when everything happens in behind what you did, then the consequences of what you did. You know what I'm saying? And so we have to own up to that and just go on and take it for the Lord. You know, ain't no need getting all beat up by used to do that. Ain't no need getting all beat up about Father. This is what happened. I forgive me. Forgive me. You know what I'm saying? And we're gonna have to walk through that. Whatever the consequences is, we're gonna have to walk through that. And God has a habit. God had, and and I got that too. I might not be getting over that scripture, but He can give you a peace. I mean everything. I'm telling you, something be so crazy in your life. Oh, glory to God. This is going on, that's going on, this going on, this going on, and then you say, but God said, I give you peace. Not as the world gives, but as I give. He gives you a peace. So you in the midst of the storm, everything is raised, everything is going, kids acting crazy, dog acting crazy, everybody acting crazy, and you just walking in peace. Why? Because that's the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. And if some people, if they know your life, they be looking like, how she do that? And and I'll be looking at him, that ain't me. That's that's God. That's God. And see, that's why that's why we that's why I love him. Because he said, the word said he's given us everything. Not some things. He said he's given us everything according to life and godliness. Everything. He done gave us peace, he done gave us joy, he gave us everything. He knows what we need in this world. He knows we need a place to stay, he knows we need clothes to wear. He's a he said to take care of all of that. All of that. So sometimes we just worry about stuff. I worry about stuff, and then what and the enemy will try. He'll try. You know, sometimes he might get a little bit further than I intended for him to get. You know what I'm saying? But then when I got that. I've been looking at him, and that's how I talk to the enemy. Oh no, God got that. I'm not even I'm not even getting ready to do that. I'm not even, I'm not, I'm not in your feeling that. I'm not getting ready to walk in, none of that, because that's not what God said. And sometimes I look at him, do you know who I am? Do you know who I am in Christ Jesus? Do you know me? Glory to God. And sometimes you got to fight for some stuff. You know what I'm saying? He that's why he gave us the word. We know the enemy is already defeated, but that don't mean that he ain't gonna try some stuff. You better put on your war clothes, glory, especially in this hour. You better put on your war clothes, glory to God, and I can really get real good when he's messing with one of my babies, one of my children. I say, Oh, you trying to do that? I'm going to Walmart. I'm gonna see if I can't get somebody saved. That's what I'm gonna do. You're gonna mess with my son, I'm going to Walmart and preach the gospel. See how you like that. See, that's how I talk to him. You know what I'm saying? Don't try me when it comes to my children. You know what I'm saying? Don't try me when you when you try to talk to me, tell me who I ain't, who I'm not, and you're not this, you're not that. You know what I'm saying? I'm all of that, and some in Christ Jesus. In Christ Jesus. So you can't tell me anything. You can't tell me anything. And sometimes I might be in the habit of telling myself myself some stuff that ain't true. Then I have to come back and say that ain't what God says. I'm gonna I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna need you to fix that. I'm gonna need you to fix that. Once I get once I get, I get excited about the word of God. I get excited about who God says I am. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, I get excited about that. Because when you look at yourself, you know. You know yourself, you know where God brought you from. Yeah, he ain't finished with us yet, though. You know what I'm saying? But you know where God brought you from. That's enough, like Pastor C say. To praise just to praise God because you know you worry about the food, you know he brought you out of some things. You in places you ain't had no business to be in. All kind of stuff going on, but God covered you. God covered you. This person over here, something happened, but you came out. You know what I'm saying? You came out. Why? You think that was you? That was God. He covered you while you was in your mess. God covered. Glory to God. And I've been in a lot of mess. And sometimes when I look back, that's why I cried, that's why I shouted. I'm real noisy, but I'm I'm I'm I'm turning it, I'm learning how to tone that down. But I can get real, I used to get real, real. You know what I'm saying? Because when you think about your life and where God has brought you from, I can turn a flip. I could flip up in this place because God has been so good to me. He has been so good to me. And then when I go in his word and he starts telling me stuff, he says in John 15 and 14, he said, Ye are my friends. If you do whatever, whatsoever I command you, I'm a friend of God. You are a friend of God. Now you got to understand that some people don't get it, don't get it. And I'll be telling the Lord, Lord, how can I get them to get it when they when I when I'm talking about you? Just how great you are and how magnificent. You talking about God, you know what I'm saying? The creator of everything, everything, you included, everything, and he loves you. He called you friend, he called you to be his sons and his daughters. You're talking about God, God, oh, glory to God, that does something for me, you know. I said that God loves me. Glory to God, he loves you. Oh, glory to God, and he's taking care of everything, everything is already taken care of. We just have to be able to walk into it. Glory to God. I can't wait to walk in everything that God has called me to do. Now, is it a little frightening? Yes, it is. Because it's bigger than me. It's big. God has shown me some stuff. I'm like, oh God, I can't have no no no no no no no. That I can't do that. God said, I didn't ask you to. That's what he said. I didn't ask you to. We just have to trust God. And he said, and we keep his commandments, it's some things that he spoke, it's some things that he spoke and his word, you know what I'm saying? And people look at it like it's hard to do, but it's not because it's not you that's gotta do it. Because if we could do it on our own, Jesus didn't need to come. He needed, he didn't need to say what he said, and we could do it on our own. And he knew we couldn't, so he showed up on the scene. I think he showed up and he volunteered. Now, if you just look and you just be honest, would you say you wouldn't have done that? I know I wouldn't. I wouldn't have showed up, dad, and went through all that he went through for for me. You know what I'm saying? When when he knew we're gonna be disobedient, stiff-necked, hard-headed, all of that. But he did. He said, I knew it. He said, Sydney, he came. That was God himself that came down. Glory to God, for us. We ought to be excited about it. He came down for us. Glory to God. Because in the beginning, anyway, in the beginning, in the Garden of Eden, that's how he wanted life to be. The way we are now, that was never God's intent. So when he said Jesus, he's just turning everything around and putting it back like he's planned it in the beginning. In the beginning. When we get to heaven, we're gonna walk with him, we're gonna talk with him like Adam and Eve did before they fell. I can't wait to see him in all his glory. I can't wait. And sometimes, you know, I get, you know, we get we get a little off. We get off, he he said, he said his word, I have a plan. God already has a plan. When we came to the earth, he had a plan. And sometimes we get off of that plan. Glory to God. Not because of us, because of sin. You know what I'm saying? So he he making it right. When Jesus came, Jesus was making it right. Glory to God. And we love the Lord. We have so many people that don't they don't love God. You know what I'm saying? They think they think that the word on ain't true. Jesus knew that way back then. Because he said in John 15 and 18, he said, if the world hates you, now don't, and they will. Don't y'all be, don't be mistaken. You know what I'm saying? Everybody say they love you, love you, love you. They don't love you for real. They don't look. It says, You know, know ye that it hated me before it before it hated you. And it says, and because and I say this a lot when stuff is going on in the world. Uh you know your thing going there, they got a storm over here, they got this going over here, and people look at me, I just be smiling. Why are you smiling? I said, that's not that's not going on in the kingdom I live in. You know, that's not going, that's not going on. So I I I I don't receive that. You know what I'm saying? Because that's not according to the word. You know what I'm saying? So it says that if you were of the world, the world would love. The world would love. Let me see what I said. But it don't. It's own. But because you are not of this world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hated you. They hate you. They don't love you. And there's so many people and that that don't have the love of God in them, so because they don't have the love of God in them, they can't love you. They can be friendly, they can talk nice, start talking about the word of God. Then you then then you're gonna see the real look. When you start, then you're gonna see the real look. When you start talking about God. Because some people just don't believe. You know what I'm saying? That they don't believe in God. And I'm not trying to convince them, and I tell I have a friend of mine, you know what I'm saying? They talk to atheists and all of that, and you know, I don't do that. That's just me personally. You know why? I'll be looking at her, I said, the same way we believe in Jesus, it's the same way they believe. But they believe. I'm not leaving Jesus. I'm not. So more than likely, they're not gonna. If they really believe, some of them are not gonna leave. Now, some of them will, but some of them won't. You know what I'm saying? Because they just don't believe. And and you can't convince them. So I don't try to. No, I I say what I say what I say, I will know in the end. You know what I'm saying? We'll know in the end. Because some of them they just don't. They just they're just so convinced that this is the way they're so and it's not convinced, it's they're just so deceived, and that's a sad thing. When you deceive yourself, you know what I'm saying? When you when you have deceived yourself to believe some of the things that the world is saying when it goes against what the word of God says. Glory to God. So Jesus said, all he said and all he did, he gets over there. John 17. He said, Neither I pray for those alone, but also for them also which shelter on me through your word. That's us. He prayed for us before we were even into the kingdom, before we were even into life. Jesus already prayed because he knew what this world was gonna be like, he knew the things that we were going to encounter. So he prayed for us. Glory to God. He prayed for he was praying for his disciples, and then he said, and I'm gonna pray for those that's gonna come after. After glory to God, glory, he said, and uh in 21, he said, that they all may be one as thou father art in me and I in thee. He wants us to be one with him, one with him, and I always say a lot of times, in Christ, in God, because we can't get to God no other way, and a lot of us a lot of times they want to leave Jesus out. We can't get to God no other way. Glory to God. And we're not accepting Jesus, how he sees us, he sees us covered with the blood. He will cover with the blood, that was pure blood, with no sin in it, and we be looking like I just can't stop sinning it. We just crying, and I used to tell the Lord that myself, and I just when I started reading Jesus' life, I said, Yes, you can. You know, I said, Yes, you can. Jesus did it, and he was a man, but see, and that's the part that we miss. You know what I'm saying? When we're looking at Jesus and how he lived and how he walked, he said, I only do what the what the what the Father said, I only say what he said. We can do that, we can do that, you know, but we'll be looking like I just I just don't know how to go. He did it, he showed us how. He did not sin. Now we all he did not. He did not, and I was like, Lord, and I'll be and I'll be saying I want to I want to be like him. I want to be like him. I want to get to and God don't think God can't do it because he can. I want to be to the point, I want to grow to the point in God where there is no season. Why? And then we can tell the devil like like when when he comes, ain't nothing in me. Ain't nothing in me because I done emptied it all out. And you emptied it all out, I tell God everything. I'm telling y'all, I tell God everything. And then I sit down at my table and I have my Bible and I said, Holy Spirit, I got a question. You know what I'm saying? And then I start asking him things, you know, that I want to know and that I need to know. And I trust him to answer. Now he don't always answer right then, but when he does, I recognize that he answered the question that I asked him. I was listening to uh a speaker only, and he and I had asked God a question, and no, no, if he didn't say the very thing that I had asked God about. I said, because I need to clear up some things, I want to clear up our own misconceptions. You know, I don't want none of that. I want everything to be pure, I want my heart to be pure, I want my worship to be pure, I need everything before God to be pure for me. That's for me. Because he did so much for me. You know what I'm saying? I just want to be who he saved, wholeheartedly who he saved. Glory to God, glory to God, and then he gave us his love, he said he loves us. John 3 said, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever should believe it in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. I want to have life beyond this life. Glory to God. We're gonna have life beyond this life. I'm gonna we're gonna live for eternity. Glory to God. Have you ever imagined, and I have, being in heaven with God? Glory to God. And what he said, have you have you ever imagined seeing yourself in heaven with God? It blows my mind. It blows my mind. It says we'll see him as a true and we think he's great, he's good, he's wonderful, he's awesome. Damn, but we're gonna see him as true. When we get to the but and I I won't go there, but I'm gonna be like one of the disciples. I ain't in no hero. You know what I'm saying? Know why? Because I want to finish my work. Everything that God has put in us before the foundation of the earth, I want to finish. I want to finish my work. It's some people that I gotta meet, it's some words that I still have to speak. Glory to God. So I want it all done. And uh like Bishop said, I want to be empty when I live here, when I leave here, I want to be empty. I want to hear God say, well done. You know, some can go in, everybody ain't gonna get a well done, but they're gonna be in. Glory to God. I want a whole bunch of crambles. You know what I'm saying? Cram just in my in my crown, jewels, you know what I'm saying? I want God to find me faithful. Glory to God. Even when I fall down, we get up. Glory to God, because of the Jesus in us, and then if you know, then he then he gave us the Holy Ghost. Glory to God. He gave us the Holy Ghost, then he gave us his life, he gave us his life first, and then he gave us the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit would lead to guide us in all truth. Not some truth, in all truth. If you have the Holy Spirit living, can't living on the inside of you, can't nobody just tell you anything. They can't, they can they can't, you know, and a lot of people say, somebody, don't you have Holy Ghost? Did the Holy Ghost say that? You know what I'm saying? Or sometimes I say somebody say some stuff that ain't like God, I tell you, you sure God told you that? You know what I'm saying? Are you sure? And I say that, not not because you know, not want to be harsh enough, because it doesn't line up with his character. You know what I'm saying? That's why I'm saying it. You saying God, that's that's not like the God I know. That don't look like him. Now, some people might not say that, but I I have helped say stuff like that. You know what I'm saying? God's still working on me. If you say something crazy about God, I got something to say. I got something to say. You know what I'm saying? And I'm either gonna say you say to you, that's not what the word said, are you sure that was God? He said we got to try some stuff because it's a whole bunch of stuff speaking now. You know, we got to be able to separate it, we got to be able to filter through the Holy Spirit. You know what I'm saying? And he said he'll lead and guide us in all truth. He he's not gonna mess up. We will, but he ain't you know as pastor say all the time, our spirits are sound. You know what I'm saying? His flesh is weak, but the spirit is strong. We can trust God, we can trust the Holy Ghost. When we start walking in doubting what the Holy Spirit showed, be guilty sometimes. Just straight up, just straight up miss. Sometimes just be straight up disobedient. I don't have to tell y'all that. Just straight up disobedient. Just disobedient. You know, because you're you're afraid or you don't want to, you know, hurt hurt somebody's feeling, but I done got past hurt people's feelings. I done got past it. I'm gonna tell you the truth. And everybody said, Well, you got to say it in love. If I tell you the truth, baby, I love you. And sometimes the truth hurts. You know, you got to go on and just get just girded, just go on, take it. You know what I'm saying? It's gonna be alright because it's the truth. And the thing about it is the reason why it hurt, because you know it's true. Because you know it's truth. You know what I'm saying? And all you got to do is fix it. You know, all you got to do is fix it. When God starts showing us stuff, we want to duck and dodge and do all that. Uh-uh. He's not showing you that for that reason, he wants you to change that. That's why he's showing it to you. He's showing it to you because he loves you, and he and he loves you, and he won't he doesn't want that in your life. Why don't he turn it over? You know what I'm saying? You might not come out of it right now, but you keep on trusting God, you will come out. You will come out. You know what I'm saying? You will come out. I'm a living witness. To most of the stuff that I've spoken up here today, I'm a living witness. My life is a testimony about what God will do in the lives, my family now. I don't I you change. You know what I'm saying? I don't, I, I don't know, I don't remember you being I remember you like that. I said, Yeah, that was the old me. I was a mess, wasn't I? You know, I was a I was a mess. But they tell me that, even now. I remember when I that's the old me. I don't know her no more. And then the first thing they say, you think you're all that in a bag of chips. Whatever. In Christ, I am all of that in a bag of chips by myself. I'm a mess. Glory to God. So Jesus, when Jesus came, He taught us some stuff, he he said some stuff to us, and then he went to the cross and shed his blood. He was faithful, the word says, unto death. And that's the way we have to be faithful unto that, and the hour is now. The hour is now. It's it's it's the hour is now that we're going to have to be faithful because we go got so many different things and so many different voices, and so many people, so many different doctrines, and people go, we got to know that we know that this word is true. Because they're gonna try to tell you that it's not. You better, you better pull on the Holy Ghost. And when He says that ain't so, it ain't so, you know, and then He gonna show you where to go. He's just not gonna just say, give you that little, you know, little quick in your spirit, but then He's gonna show you where to go and find it in His Word. Because He don't want you walking blind, He don't want us to walk blind, He came that we may have life, and we may have life more abundantly, and I want to live the God kind of life here on earth, here on earth because this is where I am now, and I want to show forth God now. You still got your we I'm a child of the King. We got to walk and act like we're a child of the King. You know, and we came back there. Not in this hour, not in this hour. I was backing up, God said, Where you going? Look, where you going? I'm I'm like, Well, I I just want to sit out here. He said, That's not what I called you to do. That's not what I called you to do. Because I started looking at me, and I seen all my insufficiencies, and I said, God, I I can't, I I don't want to do that. I don't want to do that, I don't, I don't want to pray. I don't want to speak a word on you. I I'm I'm I'm not qualified to do that. I said, Who told you that? Who told you that? When did you start looking at shit? When did you start looking at shit? And a lot of times we look at ourselves and we see all our deficiencies, but we don't see who God said that we are. God changed everything that there is about us when we accepted him and he came into our lives, he changed our DNA. Now we have crisis in our DNA, and we can't let the enemy tell us anything different, and sometimes it ain't the enemy that's telling us that, it's us. We can't let our flesh tell us that we even gotta speak to that. It ain't you that gotta do it. It ain't you, it ain't you, daughter. He said, I'll do it. All I got to do is humble. All I gotta do is be humble, all I got to do is be available, so I'm making myself available. We got to make ourselves available for Christ to do the work in us. Sometimes we shut him off because we think we got words, but that's not what God said, that's not what the word said, that's not what he said. He said he loves us. We are somebody, we are somebody because we belong to God.
