SPEAKER_01Amen. As a few weeks ago, we started uh teaching on a renewed mind, and we looked at scriptures, Romans 12, 1 through 2. Slow down, Jesse. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Proverbs, Proverbs 10, 7. Renew in your mind. Be renewed in your mind. Amen. And so we covered uh in Proverbs, we covered the mind or what we've covered on last Sunday. Uh, then we covered uh Joshua 4 1 and 8, meditating on the word of God helps us to renew our minds. Uh Proverbs 4, 20 through uh 23, those group of verses that tell us to tend to the word of God, let it not depart out of our hearts. Amen. And then we look at uh what man thinks that uh in Proverbs 23 and 7, where he says, as a man thinketh in his heart, uh so is he. And uh, we just kind of talked about that just a little bit so that we would know, uh, so that you know it's not what we're thinking about, it's what we already think. You already have some thinking about some particular things, and the process of that is that everything now that I am thinking about is being processed through what I already think. And so he says that uh over there in Romans 12 and 2, be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. Glory to God, by the renewing of your mind, and that's where we're going. Now I want to say today that every, hopefully, hopefully, I can say this, I can put hopefully on this. Hopefully, every believer is in the process of their mind being renewed. If you're not in that process, you have to get in it. And mind renewal is just meditating on the on the things of God. Because where the mind goes, what you think is normally what we follow and what we do. And so he says that our minds need to be renewed, and then what our minds be need to be renewed to is Romans 10, 17. Faith cometh by hearing, right? And hearing by the word of God. Uh, there should be no other book that you're getting your believing from other than the Bible, or no book higher than the Bible. Maybe I'll say it that way, right? Because the Bible and what the Holy Spirit says is final authority in my life. All of that process working together is the renewing of my mind. All of that process, what the word says, what the Holy Spirit says to me, all of that is renewing of my mind. Right? And sometimes we go back, you know, into things, uh, and and sometimes it's uh we go back into things, but the reason why we kind of adrift back into things is because there is a phase possibly of renewal there, but renewal is not enough to cause me to turn. So it doesn't mean that I don't have any renew of the mind, but it does mean I might not have enough yet to turn the ship. On these big uh ships that they have, they have I don't know, I I think three, four propellers on the back of them. And them just to cut off one engine, uh uh to cut off two engines and expect it to turn that ship when they want to turn, it's gonna turn it eventually, but it's gonna take a while. But if you can get all four propellers or whatever they use to turn it, it ships don't turn quickly. There's no such thing as ships turning on a dime. They don't do that. Ships got, that's why them navigators on those ships have to, they have to be highly qualified because they have to know how much space, how much room I'm gonna need to turn. And that's why, well, I'm talking about ships now. And that's why when these ships come into ports, they shut down their engine and they connect to a smaller boat, right? That can guide them in because they don't have whip it around. Right? And so in your in my renewal process, I have to understand some, it doesn't mean that I don't have any renewal in my mind, but it might mean that I don't have enough to turn the ship around. And and renewal takes place when there is enough of the word in the innermost being of a person to turn my ship around. I need to turn around. And just because you know a scripture, that scripture uh is enough to turn around, and two scriptures is better, but three scriptures is better, and four scriptures is a whole lot better to turn around. And then I have to be in the renewal of my process, and sometimes it takes labor because uh guess what? Some stuff and thinking is deeply rooted in us. And what the word does, the word gets in there and starts unpeeling stuff. See, unpeeling layers. And one day you get off a layer, right, and you'll feel better, right? I'll get up, I'll get off a layer, right? And I'll feel better. I say, Oh yeah, I'm good and go on that thing, and two months go away, and I wind up doing something same way similar. And I get some more word in there, and guess what I do? Peel out another layer. So, guess what? I need to do, I need to get in there so that I can get all so the Holy Spirit can help me get all those layers peeled off. Peeled off. You have to understand the word of the word of God or walking in this Christian race is not a hundred meter dash. It's a marathon. And hundred-meter dashers train different than marathon runners. Right? About a hundred meters, man, them guys, them guys about at a hundred meters, them guys blowing. I mean, when they finish, they blowing. They don't they don't have another gear to go to. If they don't hit all five of them gears, if I can say that, in that first hundred meters, they they they ain't got it. But the long distance runner has to pace themselves. That's why Paul said, lay aside every sin. Now come on, somebody, every sin in every way that do what? So easily beset us. He's telling us that because he won't let you know I'm in a marathon. And down the road, the wind, the the the the the the drift that's on me from that thing down the road is gonna affect me. Huh? But he's telling me, if I can, if I can get the y'all know what drift is, right? Right? Right, you know the big trucks, they have them things on them, and some of them have them things in the back to close in. That's to keep off the drift. Because what the dude, when it comes around the truck, it has a tendency to pull on the truck. Your car too, but not as much as the big truck. And so they put them things around so the wind can't come come around the truck, it does those blinders forces it back out. Right? And so you don't want no nothing that when you're running to hold you back, right? And the process of the renewing of the mind is the thing that cuts off all of that drag. Sin. It cuts off sin, it cuts off drag. But every time you sin, you gotta go back and you gotta repent. And most of us go through the process of feeling bad and tears and all of this kind of stuff, and uh depending on who it was or what it is, I won't leave the church, I won't leave my house, uh, uh, I don't mess with that family member no more. I don't go, whatever. You follow me, right? So you have to renew yourself in the word of God. So when now storms come, you're able to handle storms properly and in the right way. You able to be quiet. He said, be quiet, don't say nothing. Huh? If he says say something, you're able to say something. Right? The renowned being being renewed now to the operation of Christ. We're gonna get into some scriptures here here in the morning. Glory to God. And Jesus, he followed this process, right? Of speaking when the father says and not speaking when the father says. Going when the father says, and not going when the father says. When you really read through scripture, you found out Jesus was there the day before. Why didn't he do anything there? He didn't hear. But apparently the next day, he hurt. And when he got there, he was already set in order of what the father instructed him to do. The fig tree, that same trail, they walk going there. That same fig tree was there the day before. But Jesus, again, I don't know if he wasn't hungry or not, but Jesus didn't say nothing to the fig tree. But the next day, after he came back, turning over the he comes down here, looks at the tree, he got himself worked up. He a little hungry. You know, you're gonna turn over tables, you know, that can work up appetite. And beating beating people out with straps, you know, that can or the appetite. So he comes over this hill and he looks at this tree and he says, Huh, I'm hungry and get me some feeds. You see this? So every time you say, I just can't hold my peace, you better learn to hold it until he says something to do. Huh? Huh? Never learn, never, glory to God. Why we're going after never, never, nevertheless, you understand that when Jesus dealt with uh uh the dying of Lazarus, two days before Lazarus died, they come to Jesus and say, Jesus, Lazarus is sick and dying. And Jesus, wherever the Bible says he was a two-day journey away. So that means he was a two-day journey away. And then the Bible also says that Jesus stayed or he abode in that place for two more days. And then at the ending of the second day, he says, Okay, I'll go. And now it was a four-day journey. And so when he gets there, Lazarus is dead. So never let a situation put you under pressure. The renewed mind can can know how not to respond to pressure. Oh, I gotta do something because they said if I don't do it, this is gonna happen. No, you take some time and you hear from the Lord. Glory to God. All right, all right, that was just uh okay, all right. So uh we also picked up and started out in first. Y'all still here? Glory to God, hallelujah. I'm I'm excited about Jesus. Matter of fact, I'll tell you what, I'm getting excited about Jesus more and more. Huh? Huh? Huh? The believer has to learn how to live on the high side, if I can say that, of the curve. If I was back in Louisiana down there on my farm, down there on my on my dad's farm that he used to have, and I was sitting around uh some of those older people, they would say, you have to learn how to live, they would say, on the high end of the hog. The high end of the hog. They were talking about the best, the best, the best end of the hog, if there is a best end of the hall. But if there's something close to it, that's the end. They say we gotta live on. Right? And so we gotta learn to live up instead of living down. Huh? The Bible says the joy of the Lord is my strength. Whenever downness is taking place, I can look within myself and see oh, joy is at a low level. I gotta get the joy meeter up. I gotta get the joy. What can I do to get the joy meeter up? Well, I can sing praises to God. Get the joy meeter up. Hallelujah. I can I can I can look at the scriptures and say the Lord is my my strength and my salvation. Glory to God. Because I'm getting the joy level up. I'm quoting to myself, I'm getting the joy level up because when that joy level drops so low, and there is connections, joy level drops, fatigue is there, tiredness is there, that's an open door for the enemy. He's trying to come in. And many times, many times, if you think about specially, glory to God, coming to conversation when you said stuff you shouldn't have said, when I said stuff I shouldn't have said, and done stuff I shouldn't have done. Many times when I go back and check my life, it's because that was that was fatigue, that was something I was concerned and worried about, there was some stuff going on, and the enemy took advantage of those three situations, of those things that was going on, and he sent something in, and somebody said something to me, and I yeah, I yeah, yeah, I yeah, I gave him the business. If you look at your life, because that's one of the avenues the enemy uses. Once he gets you perturbed, once he gets you get disturbed, you confused, you get frustrated, that's an avenue he uses. As a believer, the Bible says I'm not ignorant of Satan's devices. Right, I know his best opportunity and what times he will use to strike my life. Glory to God. Well, I'm excited about Jesus. Hallelujah. I was doing I was doing some stuff uh last week. Uh this week just passed. Hallelujah. And I was just meditating on the Lord. I had to take a trip about an hour and a half away here. And boy, I tell you, there's some good times. Because you can just be in there listening at the word of God. You can be in there meditating. See, some people don't like road trips, but when I get the opportunity to get on a road, especially by myself, y'all know I can't, I don't care what y'all say. I can sing when I'm by myself. I don't care what y'all say. When I'm by myself, I can sing. I can make the flies move around in the vehicle. They come out of wherever they have. I'm boy, you singing. Yeah, glory to God. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Glory to God. And so you gotta you need to keep yourself built up in Christ. He never told us to keep ourselves down. He said, keep yourself. He just said he would do it. He said, You have to do it. He said, You have to do it. Oh, glory to God. I'm about to use okay. All right, we're gonna try to get in scripture again. All right, 1 Corinthians, the second chapter, the ninth through the 16th verse. He said, We have the mind of Christ. And if we can get these, this might be as far as we for as we get today, amen. Hallelujah. Glory to God. You have to say, uh, as Pastor Lisa was saying, you have to say, I'm anointed. You have to be able to say that in your worst times. Not in your good time. Anybody can say, we can say lots of in good times, but in your worst times, I'm anointed. I'm anointed. I'm anointed. I'm anointed. I'm anointed with the same anointing Jesus was anointed with. We got that, amen. First Corinthians, uh, the second chapter. All right. Uh 1 Corinthians, the second chapter, and the ninth verse. But he says, and we're gonna start up here a little bit. You all have heard uh this scripture, but we're gonna move down because as I looked at it to break it up, there's a lot of good information uh in in in in 9 through 16. He said, but as it is written, I has not seen, right, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for them that love him. But God, right? Not now you look at it. That was a that was a scripture above this say I had not seen. But then the next scripture, verse number 10, really get this. But God has revealed them unto us by his spirit. Go back, go back. We still in still in 10 if we can. Go back up there. All right, but God has revealed them unto us by his what? In other words, he's he's made these things available. So when you see reveal here, God is using reveal as a as a releasal of everything into the the spirit of God, or until my spirit, until our spirits, he said, but God has revealed it to us by his spirit. That means that you have, I have, we have access to every problem or access to information for every problem I might have. If I'm willing to go into the spirit and pray it through, pray it out and receive my answer. Because he's already revealed, he's not saying I'm holding it back from. He said, But God has revealed them unto us by his what? Did he say by his flesh? Did he say by the natural? He uh he said, so that means if I'm gonna, if I'm needing something and I'm seeking God for something, and I'm asking God for something, that means I have to pay attention to what's going on in the spirit. Now things happen in the natural to distract us from getting over into the spirit. Now you have to be aware of that. Things happen in the natural. Things happen in the natural to prevent us from getting over into here. Right? And so you have to really be careful about that. Right? And you have to be able to recognize that. And so when you recognize it, you can counteract it. He said, for the spirit such is all things, yea, the deep things of God. Next verse, deep things of God, deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, right? Man in here, and he's talking about man, he's talking about both uh male and female. Man, save the spirit of man, the spirit of man, there, excuse me, is the little West. He said, the spirit of man which is in man. I mean, man has a spirit, right? And when you when I when we got saved, the Holy Spirit infused our human spirit. That's why we were never like animals. Because we had spirit. When animals have intuition, they function by intuition. Now they can, based on what's going on, develop ways to function in different areas, but they're not being developed by spirit. And so when we get saved, the spirit of God, our innermost being, and many times our human spirit before we got saved was under the direction of our soulish man. And that's why we became so uh emotional, so feeling led, feeling driven, emotional driven. And that's why we you were, I feel this way, I feel that way, I feel this way, I feel that way. Because why? We have that's what we that's what my parents, your parents, most of our parents, and a lot of us operate and didn't get saved. That's still levels of operation of the soulless man. And you understand the soulless man is your mind, your will, your imaginations, your emotional, your emotions, and your intellect. Glory to God. Right? Right, and so uh is him, even so the things of God knoweth no man but the Spirit of God. So, what man knows. Needs to know is what the Spirit of God knows. Because his spirit doesn't have the capability without the Spirit of God knowing what God knows. Soulless realm doesn't have that capability either. That's why, in order to go to heaven, you have to have the spirit of Christ living on the inside of you. Because with having the spirit of Christ living on the inside of it, when you experience natural death, when we experience natural death, it takes the spirit of Christ in you to take your soul and take your soul to heaven. Because your soul don't know the way. But your soul does know the way. Your man's spirit does know the way there. Hell. God's going to come claim that. So it takes the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is already governing my soul. So it takes the Holy Spirit. That's why I say, I might not believe that, but that's why I say that's the last act of the Holy Spirit pertaining to me, pertaining to this natural life here on earth. It's his purpose is to take me into the presence of the Lord. Soul and spirit. And when you don't have him, then you don't have nothing to take you. You know this thing that's done got my ticket in my hand. Holy Spirit is the ticket. Accepting Jesus Christ as your personal savior, ticket. If you don't have that ticket, okay. All right. Glory to God. All right. For what man knoweth the things of man save the spirit of man which is in him, even so the things of God knoweth no man but the spirit of God. All right, verse number 12. Now we have received, say I have received. Now we have received not the spirit of this world, of the world. Now we have received not the spirit of the world. Y'all read, y'all say that with me. Now we have not the spirit of this world. I have not received the spirit of this world. But the spirit which is of who? God's spirit. Huh? The spirit that's of God, God's spirit. But the spirit which is of God that we might know the things that are freely. Free means you don't gotta work for it. Free, free, free. Free, free. Right? Right? Free free means he said that ye may know the things that are freely given to us of God. That we might know. No, in this context of scripture here, is not just familiar with. No is intimate relationship with. No is the level of understanding and the level of agreement that I came into the word of God that He has given me, that I operate and that I function in and I live in on a daily basis, that we might know the things that are freely given unto us. People don't believe healing is freely given, but it is. They don't believe the grace of God is freely given, but it is. They don't believe the Holy Spirit is freely given, but He is. That you might know. So then know means that I have some contact with. Right? It's not just Sunday morning when I think about going to church. It's not just whatever day, whatever. There is a continual, if I can't, there is a continual uh relationship going on between me and my Savior. That we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. What do you know freely given to you of God? Then what you know, you say. What you believe, you say. If you believe it's freely given, you say it. Well, I don't know if God will do that for me. Well, it probably won't. Because you don't know. That you might freely, you might know the things He freely gave me, freely gave me salvation, freely gave me healing, freely gave me health, freely gave me wealth, freely, freely gave me abundance. Freely gave me his spirit when I confessed him as my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Freely. Now people people are debating. I don't understand how the debate takes place, but uh they're debating stuff. But uh he says, here we have received God's spirit, and he's freely giving it to us. Now we have to we have to be willing to work the spirit, right? You can't overwork the spirit, huh? You can believe, but you can't overwork him. He's fully able and qualified to handle any situation that comes in my life. Glory to God. Next verse, please. Then we're gonna have to get out of here. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches. You have to watch some of the wisdom you get from some of the places you might go. Man's wisdom is always, always, always, and most times, always limited. Always limited. Man's system has limitations. Right? You say, which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches. Teacheth. Man's wisdom. Well, I'm uh, you know, I'm Googling on uh what's the most highest paying job because I want to get a job, so I'm googling on Google what are the jobs that are the highest paying. That's man's wisdom. Now it ain't nothing wrong with you knowing it. But you might, but you're but one of the processes I have to go go through is I had to take that into prayer. I have to take that into consecration and see, because he might have one in fire, I don't know. Right? But I have to take it into consecration, into prayer, uh, to see, Lord, is this the one? Huh? Because word, because what the word of God is my final authority, it's my final authority, even though it is less money. The one that I give, even though it is less money. The word of God is my final, final authority. There's money in my business, I've turned down. No, I can't do that. That's the wrong day. I don't I don't do that. I don't do that on that day, and I don't do it on this day, and I don't do it on that day. But please, sir, come on. Uh, I just I'm sorry, sir, I can't do it on that day. See, see, my vow and my oath that I made unto God was was was was to God. See, when you believe your words are are uh uh when you believe your words are beneficial in what you say, even though it might hurt you, you'll still hold to your word. Even though it might cost you a thousand dollars, no, we don't do that one. We can't do that. You'll still hold to your word because I'm not ruled by money, I'm not ruled by money, I'm ruled and governed by his word, and if his word says I can't do it, I can't do it. Glory to God, glory to God, but with the Holy go searches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things. You notice he didn't say there are spiritual things with natural things, man's wisdom teacheth, but but which the Holy Ghost teaches? Well, Holy Ghost, I don't want I don't want to do that. I didn't have some of them, yeah, huh, yeah, boy. Oh no. Oh no, not that, Lord, anything but that. Huh? You had any of those? But I knew when I was saying, oh no, Lord, not that, I knew I was gonna have to bring myself round to it. See, see, and then he all he always works it out for the good. He says that the the Holy Ghost teaches comparing spiritual things with spiritual things. The spiritual things will always outweigh the natural things, even though the natural things is gonna kind of look better to us because uh a lot of times we're naturally driven. And the spiritual thing might take a little time, but the natural thing might be sitting right there. I get it right now. I get it right now. Had a preacher asked me just preacher asked me just the other day. We were talking about something, and uh, I don't know, I might say something, mate, man. So he stood off and he asked me, he said, Do you go to the casino? I said, casino? No, I don't go to no casino. What is wrong with you? Huh? I don't want to go to no casino. God is my source. I'll fool around, go in that casino, play one of them machines, and I don't know how many thousand dollars I'll win. Huh? But that's not my source. It's not my source. God is my God is my source. You see? See, but in the natural, the natural teaching. Some people they do that. I I used to work with them out on post. Man, I I gotta go get the casino tonight because I got this right here I gotta do, and I need some money to do it. Don't you go into the casino? Yeah, yeah, I'm going. Okay, all right, we're going in there. Uh, don't stay, don't spend all your money in there though. Yeah, yeah. All right, and he said, which the Holy Ghost teaches comparing spiritual things with spiritual things. I want to compare spiritual things. I want to compare the fruit of the spirit. Glory to God. Glory to God. I want to compare spiritual things. Because why is spiritual things more important than natural things? Because most issues are spiritual problems, right? Most issues, whether you like it or not, want to believe it or not, they're spiritual problems. And so people sometimes try a natural solution for spiritual problems. They go get a medication, they go to the cannabis store, they have a natural problem from their perspective, a problem, a spiritual problem, but they're trying to resolve it naturally. And it don't work. Because if you have a spiritual problem, the only way it can be resolved is spiritually. That's why God just put the law out there to kind of show man that, you know, man, you you can't live this thing by yourself. You you you don't have what it takes. And so I'm giving you this law so you can walk in this, so you can try to make an attempt to walk in this law, but God knows you couldn't even walk in the law. So God said, Yeah, God has to institute killing calves and goats. So, so so it would cover all of the sins. So we instituted that. But God knew from the beginning that man had a spiritual problem. And God knew it was gonna take a spiritual solution, and so took him a little time to get Jesus in the earth, but Jesus was his spiritual solution, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. Next verse, then we're gonna get ready to close. But the natural man received not the things of the spirit of God, forget it. The natural man can't receive anything. We're talking about renewing of the mind. Put in your head, put in your mind, the natural man cannot receive anything of the spirit of God. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God. For they are, what'd he say that? What's that word? Foolishness to unto him. Neither can he know them because they are what? Spiritually discerned. So that's why you're sitting up and you quoting scriptures to folks, and they just, I mean, it's just going all over their head. It's just going everywhere. And it a lot of times, it hits folks' emotions, and that's the way they think it need to stop. That's the way they think it needs to stop. But you got to cause this word now to move past everything that's natural about you. Everything that's natural about me. This I'm talking about renewing our mind. Because if you want to relive, if you're gonna live joyfully and happy in this world, and let me just tell you, ah, let me just tell you, you might think different, but it ain't too much gonna get better. Food prices ain't gonna get much better. Gas prices ain't gonna get much. I don't care who in office. And everybody trying, you might try bringing on a person in office, but that's the system that's set up. I rem I remember back when I started driving, back in 19 myself. When I when I saw driving, back in 1980, I remember paying about six fifty fifty-nine, sixty-nine cents a gallon for gas. Huh? And there's been several presidents in office since then, and it's keep going up. So that tells me it don't matter who in office, it's gonna go up. Food's been constantly going up. Now they say the chickens got problems, and they raise it. I'm gonna tell you. Boy, you better get over, we better get over in this spirit thing. Because God get our minds renewed, because God said he'll meet all of our needs. The chickens got problems, the ducks got problems. So, so you you young people in here, I'm just gonna tell you. Because I I've been here to see it, so I've come to the conclusion it don't matter who in office, it's gonna go up. Because it's been going up every since 81. And now it didn't triple, double, quadruple the price I'm used to paying. I go to Pop, I said, boy, I remember when this stuff used to be 69.
unknown25.
SPEAKER_0125. 35. Yeah, that's it. So I'm just gonna tell you. You you better you better get your mind renewed in Christ Jesus so that God positions you so that you can believe him for ever you need and for more. Because the Bible says, and all of I'm got to close, y'all. The Bible says in mostly all of epistles that Paul wrote, he talks about these perilous times, these hard times. Things are gonna get worse and they're gonna get worse, and they're gonna they're gonna get worse. And the Bible saying they're gonna get worse. It's our responsibility to try to pull people out of the file, but some of this worseness we're gonna experience. I'm experiencing right now. I had filled that truck up the other day. It was $90. I said, uh, I said, I'm like, it was almost on ease. I said, uh, I'm just gonna fill it up, see how much it takes. I'm blessed I have the money. So I filled it up. Almost $91. I said, Whoo Lord. Glory to God, glory to God. And I said, He'll meet my need. Every time I need to go to the pump, he'll get he'll meet my needs. He'll meet my need. I say, because I'm a tither and I'm a giver, and I'm a sower, seed sower. Glory to God. I'm not dependent on really what they'll do for me. I'm depending on God, what God'll do for me, and what God already has done for me. So I'm telling you, if you got this fictitious mindset that's gonna get better, you're gonna fool. If you're gonna not gonna have no joy because it ain't getting better, then you ain't gonna have no joy. You're gonna have to have joy in the midst of it. Glory to God. Glory to God. Talking about a renewed mind. I got to close. Close somewhere. Where the clothes are the Holy Spirit, where the clothes at? Glory to God, hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus, hallelujah. They talk about, I don't know how I can't get on this. They talk about two college tuition too high, but ain't nobody changing it. They just raising it. If it's already too high, why are we raising it?
unknownRight, right. That part.
SPEAKER_01That part. Yeah. I'm gonna leave that alone. I might I might take another 30 minutes if I get on that one. Glory to God. All right. Oh, can we get that scripture back up there? Uh, glory to God. Did we fin did we finish? Uh hallelujah. Glory to God. Uh uh. Y'all doing all right?
unknownOh, yes, sir.
SPEAKER_01I I just as your pastor, I don't I don't I want you to I'm gonna set you up for victory. See, I won't set you up for victory. Ain't no need of thanking it. Yeah, people are gonna come into the body of Christ. I'm not saying they're not, but the time in the system is not gonna get any better. It has been degrading. Oh, some some people say getting better, right? And now it's headed at a fast rate of speed because of this technology. Has made it to speed up. So, what the believer gotta do? Believer, you gotta speed up. Hold on, this people say if it's speeding up, then you gotta speed up. If it's costing you your your if it's costing you your dime, then uh just the planet say. I I I just uh yeah, that there's inflation, but it's it doesn't care for inflation. You just make more money. You gotta speed up. You might not get in that word of God, and you might have to source sowing stuff in your spirit. There's enough, God has enough for me. God will meet all my needs according to his riches, glory, and then he'll meet some of my wants, all of my wants. Right? You can't have a poor person mentality. Our mind has to be renewed if we're gonna be believers because we can't go outside of the system. At least I can't. Might then use we. You have to say you can't if it's if it's you. We can't go outside of the system, we can't use no way other operation than what the system tells for us to. And God said it'll work, so that means I'm gonna have to do some due diligence to get into it for it to work for me. Glory to God, talking about a renewed mind. Glory to God. We just talk about Isaiah in obedience to what God says, how he was a beater, and then he sowed into the land. And the Bible said he reaped a hundredfold, and the Bible says that he reaped a hundredfold so much, so that the leaders begin to envy him. It's actually in the scripture 26 round 28. It said we read the last one, they envied it. I didn't say nothing. What do you mean, envy? They got mad because in a famine. Oh, look at here, look at here. In a famine, his stuff was producing and they stuff wasn't doing nothing. And it said the town council leaders, the town meet got together and they envy it. And then if you Read further down, you'll see this. They asked him to leave the town. Because they were making, he was making them look bad. Read it. Go in there and read. Isaiah, Isaiah 26. 12. Whew. Genesis. I'm sorry. Genesis. Yeah, y'all keep me straight. Keep me straight. All right. Okay. But the natural man received not the things of the spirit of God. For they are foolishness unto him, neither can he know them because they are spiritually designed. I mean, I have to walk in the spirit. I'm getting over in the spirit realm. Let's get these last two, and then I think we'll we'll then I believe we'll close. For who had known the mind of the Lord? That they may instruct him, but we have the mind of Christ. You know, you might we might not know everything, and I know over there was in Isaiah 55, it said, uh, God's thoughts and ways are not our ways, his thoughts and ideas are not our ways, and always he still's from the, you know, he talks about that. But William, when you believe me reading those scripture, he was talking to evil. Go over, go over and read it. He gets under there, he talks about evil, and then he said, For their thoughts, your ways are not my ways. He talks, children of Israel, your thoughts are not my thoughts. But here in this scripture, he says, he says, uh uh, for who has known the mind of the Lord, that we may instruct him, but we have the mind of Christ. Does it mean you know all the knowledge of God? No, it does not mean that. What it means is you have the knowledge of God pertaining to you, your situation, and situations of others, you have access to that knowledge. I have access to it. If I'm willing to pray, if I'm willing to believe, if I'm willing to release, uh uh release my faith and believe God for the answer, God will give me the answer. But who had known the mind of Christ? Glory to God, hallelujah, hallelujah. And the question I should be asking now, or I might want to ask, I always kind of do a lot of questions because questions pull stuff out, right? Right. How much of the mind of Christ do I have? How much access, how or how have I accessed things that I need according to uh the word of God? Because if I take the time, if I put my phone down, I get off search engines, I get off Google, because all this stuff is planting ideas into my mind. Oh, oh well, yeah, that oh no, that one right there sounds just like the one I need right there. It might be the one you need, but you still need to take time to hear something from God. You need to take the time to hear something from God. Y'all alright in here this morning? Glory to God. We pray that the Holy Spirit said something that'll encourage you. But I'm gonna encourage you, church. I'm gonna encourage Pastor Lisa was doing it this morning. I'm I'm gonna encourage you. Get very familiar with this script, with this word, get very familiar with it, so that you can be able to discern what God and to see what God wants you to do about a particular thing. A lot of people nowadays they're waving, even churches. Churches are wavering. They'll believe they come up with new concepts and they're coming up with new ideas, and some of the ideas are good, some of them are not so good. But we have to be careful that we don't uh uh uh that we don't come up with new ideas that doesn't represent God in the way it should be represented. See, see, glory to God. I think I think I closed. I'm still eating off of this right here, Pastor C. I'm still eating off of it. When God said to us, when God said to us from uh Revelation 3, He said to me, that was powerful for me when we was in prayer, when God said it's an open door, and he said to me, then he gives the reason why the door was open. He said, Because you have kept my word, and you have and you have not and you have reverenced my name. Kept my word. I said, Boy, that's powerful, Lord. Thank you. See, that holds a lot of weight with me because I'm just not preaching because I like preaching, I'm just not teaching because I like teaching. I'm doing it because I have a mandate on my life to do it, and I supposed to do it, and I'll cut everything else loose to do it. Right. So when he said you kept my word, what does that mean? He said, he said you haven't strayed. He said, when temptation came not to use your word, you still kept his word, you didn't forsake his name, you haven't abandoned his name. And boy, those when he showed me that, those that was powerful to me. I'm telling you, that was powerful. That was powerful to me. I don't know if you it might be, I'm just gonna say, I don't know. I don't know how many millions of dollars it would have took you to give me for that to overrule how that struck me in my in my in my spirit. Can't give me enough. Lisa said they can't give me enough. See, and that's what one is about. My goal is to keep his word and not forsake his name. I don't care, no, I know I don't care what condition, I don't care what circumstance, I don't care what situation, if it takes me to my grave, or if it takes my body to the grave, I'm not forsaking his name, and I'm not forsaking his word. Glory to God, glory to God, and I'm excited about that. I'm excited about that, hallelujah, hallelujah. I magnify the Lord. Y'all might not see me cry and snibble, I'm just kind of, you know, not a crying person, not a you know, at least do that portion for me. At least do that portion for me, but I love the Lord, and I'm gonna tell you something else. I love all of you, every one of you, ain't none of you in here that don't love, and I thank you, glory to God, now that got into uh Holy Spirit, uh, now that got in to appreciate you, you see, right? So when if I say something to you that don't rub you the right way, I'm saying it from a perspective of love, and now I'm really not saying it from a perspective, I'm a pastor, I'm saying it from a perspective of love because we cannot in one forsake his word and forsake his name, glory to God, and will not, glory to God, and anything that looks like or appears like is gonna do that. I have to question it if you see me anything, mean anything look like or appears like, then you come to you come and you say, Pastor, you said I did, okay, okay, all right. Well, okay, well, let's look into this, and as I have done in the past, I'll stand right here like I said it, and I'll say I was wrong, and I'll make the correction, and we'll move forward. Glory to God. Ain't nobody but God, ain't but God, our Savior and our deliverer. Helps us to come along in oneness, in power, in spirit, and in might. Work together so that he be glorified from a corpus from a corporate setting. Hallelujah. Glory to God.
